Level 3 Award in Education and Training AET course or former PTLLS course in the UK or Distance Learning Online is an adult teaching qualification approved and recognised by awarding bodies.
Level 3 Award in Education and Training AET qualifications are for those who work, or want to work as teachers/trainers in the further education and skills sector. Level 3 Award in Education and Training AET course has been designed to give the opportunity for people to get into the teaching and training industry. This qualification replaces the old PTLLS course in 2011. Certifying people to teach at a nationally accredited standard.
You can easily complete this qualification through Distance Learning or Online in your own time at home.

Chapter 2: Relationships between education and training
Chapter 3: Inclusive teaching approaches to meet the needs of learners
Chapter 4: Principle of assessment in Education and Training
Chapter 5: How to create a safe and supportive learning environment
Chapter 6: How to motivate learners
Chapter 7: Planning, delivery and evaluation of inclusive teaching and training
Chapter 8: Different assessment methods
Chapter 9: How to recognise and deal with potential problems
Chapter 10: Teaching equipment and aids
Chapter 11: Practical teaching sessions (Teaching concept and Technique)
Learners need to plan their 15 minute micro teach lesson ready to deliver it on the last day of the class. After the classroom days learners will have few weeks to complete their essays at home / work and send them off for marking. If you do Distance Learning Online course you need to come in for 1 day micro-teach and assessment at any of our training venues close to you or even it can be done via video record and send along with your portfolio.
