Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called as a “Cancellation Period”.
Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.
In case you decide to cancel your purchase of a course, it can be done in following way:

If a course is booked or held and a request to cancel is received in writing email within the 14 days period then this will be fully granted. In the event of a refund, an administration fee of £99.99 will be charged. Once a course has been accessed or redeemed, we cannot grant a refund. Please ensure you have the correct course before ordering. In addition, exam vouchers must be used within 14 days of being dispensed by our examination team.
If you cancel the purchase of a course within 14 calendar days as mentioned above, we will refund you for all payments made as a part of your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day we accept that you are entitled to a refund.
Customers will be notified of the outcome of their refund request within 10 working days.
Note:
All external exam vouchers (for online and distance learning courses) must be used within 12 months of purchase. Please refer to the individual exams for validity as some of the exam vouchers are valid for 6 months only.
Although Canary Wharf Academy Ltd strives to offer the best prices, on occasion, as some courses are externally sourced, our prices may be above that of our suppliers. If you have purchased one of our courses and subsequently found it cheaper else ware, this reason alone, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Before you purchase a course from us, it is your responsibility to ensure that the course is right for you. Our website displays relevant information on all of the courses and moreover for some courses even demos are available. However it is to be noted that by not having access to a demo, will not give rights for cancellation.
The detailed course information is designed to reduce the risk of you making the wrong choice. Read the course description and technical requirements. Access the sample course (where available) to check that the course will run in Class Room or distance learning courses on your PC that you are comfortable with the depth and style of the course.

Do note that as some of the courses are sourced by us, you will be required to respond to communication from our suppliers in order to gain access to the course(s) you have purchased. Furthermore please note that usually Canary Wharf Academy Ltd can support any course access or user issues, however in the rare instances, we may need to contact our third party developers on your behalf and this may take up to 7 to 10 workings days to gain a solution.
About ‘Deposit’ you should be aware that a deposit is a part-payment for the service (course in our case). When you pay a deposit it shows that you intend to buy a course and wish to enter into a contract with us. Please remember that deposits are non-refundable in nature unless statutory rights are applicable whereby we are satisfied that it meets all the necessary requirements for it.
For the portfolio based qualifications you must submit within deadline fail to do so it will cost you £25.00 per week or we can refuse to provide further services alternatively you may need to re-enroll for the whole course.
Resits will be charged at £50 per unit for most of our qualifications.
All certificates are delivered via royal mail, standard service. Collections can be made by customers with prior notification only.
